[Aigis fully understood she had limited time in Iwatodai without raising suspicion. But she also understood that it was her desire to stay in this place as long as she could--stay with her friends for as long as she could.
But as she woke on the first day of her second and last year of high school with a sick and cold anxiety somewhere inside of her. A new year with new friends, new teachers, new homerooms, and new horrific memories of a place called Mayfield.
But she took a deep and unnecessary breath to steady herself and her heart ached just a bit missing her friends that she'd met in that awful place...
I didn't even have a chance to say goodbye...
But she straightens her bow as if the thought had never crossed her mind. She made a promise to live her life without such regrets, and no matter what happened, she needed to press forward.
... But she couldn't dull the ache of missing the one person who could ever understand what she had gone through. She adjusted her bow as she stepped onto the train that would carry her to Gekkoukan once more.]
